Telkom Contract Cancellation

It is impossible to get an answer to a Very simple request. All I want is the amount I need to pay in order to cancel my mom’s mobile data contract. It’s a small 10mb, R135.0 a month contract and it been 2 weeks of Reference numbers and nothing else. Contract will be finished before I get an answer. Or is that their Plan. Pathetic 😡🤬
