Telkom contract cancellation

Cancelling your contract with Telkom, is the absolute worst. Once you contract with them you are literally bound to them for life!!! I would never ever enter into a contract with telkom ever again! You get given prompts to follow on a call and when you reach an agent they say that they are unable to assist you and you need to contact their “cancellations” department, after staying online for 30 minutes! What a nightmare. You will be given the runaround all day and still be unsuccessful!!
