Telkom Contract cancellation

I've been trying to cancel my month-to-month LTE contract with Telkom using the 081180 number. I spoke to Sande who transferred me to Jacqueline Williams, after providing her with all my account confirmation details she told me she is processing everything, when she was done I asked for a cancellation Ref no. she asked to hold whilst still requesting it. I told asked how long it's going to take since I was calling from a cellphone, she then said if I get cut off she will call me back which she never did. I gave a month notice and I hope I wont have to fight with them to have this contract cancelled. They are ripping me off with a 20Mbps LTE for R449. It's a *******.
