Telkom contract - billed after cancelation

I have canceled my contract in June and I am being billed up until August, I have called and spoke to a Sandisile Zungu who said the matter has been escalated, when I make a followup call I am being told that I will be billed for August as well. Telkom is just a piece of **** service provider and wouldn't recommend them to anyone, they are quick when you take up services and take a lifetime for cancelations
