Telkom contract

I have canceled my contract with Telkom in March already and have proof that the cancelation was sent through for processing, I've paid my one months subscription however they are still taking money from my account I have cancelled the debit order with my bank but it shows that my balance is 600 and its increasing every month, this is ***** and I want this stupid contract canceled ASAP!!
