Telkom contract

We took out a contract with telkom mobile on the 2 Jan 2021. On the 3de we took it back, the speaker on the phone did not work, it scratched and was not clear. They said they sent it in to confirm that it is faulty, will get new phone in 7- 14 days after confirming it is faulty. Was not happy with that, but they said it is standard procedure. After 14 days we went back, they changed there story and it is 21 days. On day 23 we went back again. They said they found nothing wrong with the phone and sending it back. I think they fixed it, how does it take so long to test it but not just that, we were there on Friday said it will be back on Friday latest Monday. It is Monday and still no phone...Wednesday it is going to be a month, no phone!!
