Telkom Contract Approval

I app**** for a S10 mobile phone at the Cape Gate store on 17.06.2019. Was told it will take 48hours for approval but still haven't received any notification from the store or via sms. This is absolutely ridiculous as I app**** on the basis that they offer a dual sim and I need it for my business. We way past the 48 hour mark and I am losing time and money due to the delay.
