Telkom contract application process is a shame

I recently app**** for a telkom contract. I was asked some personal questions regarding my expenses and income and the guy told me i qualified for the package i wanted. I just received an sms telling me that i have been declined during credit vetting. This is ridiculous. You guys shouldn't confirm deals with customers until they are fully approved. One utterly disgusted customer!
