Telkom Contract Application

I did a contract application. The lady called back and asked me how she could help me. After going through everything she says you don't qualify and just ends the call without any reasoning. Teach your agents some damn customer service skills please. If your customer service manager lacks training contact me I can teach them how to actually interact with customers!
