Telkom contract, amount deducted but no response

On march 2016 I did an online application contract for Telkom deal but they deducted the fee on the 30th of march but the device hasn't been delivered its been 3 weeks now.<br> <br> When I call them I stand on the phone for an hour hoping an agent will pick up but there's no luck each and every day. <br> <br> I can't take this anymore the deducted the money but there's no communication on how far the order is . this is absurd.
