Telkom contract

I had a wifi contract with telkom, they have been billing me more than they should have from 2022 instead of 450 they been deducting 950 if I asked them they said I have been subscribeing, then I took phones the still deducting more than I sign for nou they are freighting me with summons, I said they should cancel my contract then come with the amount for the phone so that I pay the phone
