Telkom Contract a LIFE SENTENCE

If I could score 0 stars I would. I have been trying to cancel my Telkom account for over a year. Each time they tell me to pay the outstanding amount and they will then cancel. I have does this twice and had confirmation that cancellation is in progress. Today I get a threatening letter to be black listed because I haven't paid my account that I believed was cancelled 8 months back. The incompetence is beyond me. If I have to hear one more person say "sorry for the inconvenience" I will scream. I have now started wishing the consultants well in there search for employment in the future - I just can see how such a useless company will ever survive.
