Telkom Contract

I recently bought a contract cellphone (Samsung A51) order number ***A with telkom on the 14th July 2020 and what i got was only the sim card that was couriered via CourierIT on the 21st July 2020, and suddenly im already being sent a bill, what do they expect me to use the sim card with? And their sim card is still sealed in the plastic, so i urge them to come and collect their sim card and cancel the deal, i did not buy a sim card but i bought a phone which i dont have to date.
