Telkom Contract

I would never refer anyone to have a contract or any business with Telkom rhaaaa.

We had agreed to get a debit order every 15th of each month, they decided not to take the full amount and only took the insurance money, then they got a third party to take the amount which we owed, I didn't have a problem with that until I got a message stating that I did not make any payment which was just after they got the 3rd party to take the amount. After a week they closed my SIM card which had the airtime with data, I called them they stayed that I disputed that amount which I told them the amount went off and you guys got the money. they took another amount for the month of September, mind you it's a date we never agreed on, I thought they will open the phone but no they didn't, I went there on Sunday they said it will take 24 hours but still the phone is off up until now.

You ****mers. I want to pay off the remaining balance I can't deal with such incompetence. You really are an inconvenience nx
