Telkom contract

Why is Telkom subscribing us to things we don’t know and expect us to pay for them even though I haven’t subscribed to anything and they never refund you they just cancel them but still do it again after a few months,when you reverse their debit order you have to pay R200 and something for the reversal? like for a contract of R234 then they deduct R734
