Telkom contract

Telkom has cancelled my cell phone and data contract also blocked the sim card but to this day im still being charged for services im not using. They even send me an sms that its blocked and unfortunately i dont have the sms anymore coz i reset my phone coz of technical problems. We even exchanged calls many times about closing the account and they said it was closed. I will never even recommend telkom to anyone nor have a contract with them. Never ever.
