Telkom contract
<p>Telkom service is poor , effeciency does not exist there. app**** for a cellphone contract last month. i got an sms saying the application was approved. then i got an a phone call to process the application. everything was done and the lady on the phone told me the cellphon will be sent to me in 5 working days. now its more than that, and no one is saying anything except that everyday i get a phone call from telkom sales offering a me a contract. i dont know how their system work, now they have dedacted the amount of that contract and worse part i call the sales department, they told me i must go to the shop and ask them, went to the shop and i was told they cant help me since I app**** online. contacted customer care and they cant help me either. they have my money but they cant pick up anything on their system. TELKOM PLS GET YOU ACT CORRECT, YOUR SERVICE IS ****. </p>
and if you ever call the sales department your hold the phone for 15 min, no one responds. they harrass you with ********** 888 for a new contract, they cant even pick up on their system that the application was done. TELKOM ONLINE SERVICE IS BAD BAD BAD!!!

Well till this day i have not receive any call from telkom, or any explanation. i called telkom today and i had to hold the line for 30min. and i wast told that my order is still pending. last week i was told that it will take 5 working days after the payment. till today i have not recive anthing from Telkom. even who ever responded to my complain was just lying nje.

Today is the 15th day still no cellphone, no contract. Called Telkom sales number of times, holding the line for 45min, only to be told that the order is still pending, someone will contact me. till this day no one have explain anything. Thank you Telkom, you are very good in messing peoples life.
