Telkom Contract

Hi, I app**** for a Telkom contract online during the easter campaign it's been 6 days and no one has contacted me. When I called the first time the agent logged an inquiry and told me to wait another 48 hours, no one has contacted me since. I called again to follow up and the agent Aubrey was so unfriendly and unhelpful he never offered to log the call or assist but told me to do the process and call again and choose option 2, he was not understanding my frustration and just telling me to do the process again. But option 2, 3 or 4 they could not help me either. I'm so frustrated with Telkom, I struggled to close a contract and now I'm struggling with the one I app**** for. I personally feel like their agents are not trained enough and so unhelpful. I do not know what else to do in this matter because no one contacts back or can help.
