Telkom contract

Bad service I received as a first time customer. I app**** online for a contract, they were so quick to call to conclude the contract. 5 days down the line, they debited my account and I had no problem with that as I thought its for assurance to show I provided correct banking details. Its two weeks today, no feedback from telkom. The only thing I received was a reference number TST169267 a week ago. The next thing you guys will be debiting my account month end. Which means two debits for no service. I logged callback for order follow up on your site, no call received. But when I logged a call back for new contract, you were too quick to jump on it.
