Telkom Contract

Telkom is providing a bad service, my account has been suspended since last year November 2018 and I my bank account is being debited on a monthly basis while my account is blocked.

I have called Telkom on a daily basis to fix my account and they have been promising to fix the account but they are not fixing it. I am unable to stop payment because it is going to affect my credit rating, if I stop payment at the end of the day it will be myself who is on the wrong while telkom keep s on taking my money and I cant use their services.
