Telkom Contract
I have this contract from Telkom that I have been trying to cancel for many many months since last year I am stuck with it.
I returned the device and cancelled the contract very early but I am still billed for something I do not even possess. Telkom have taken too long to resolve this matter. They keep on sending me reference numbers promising me to resolve the matter but to no avail. I just received a letter that says I will be billed 899 this month. How can they let this matter go on for so long? I would have not given Telkom even one star, but I am compelled in order to post this complaint.
