Telkom Contract

I would like to share my worse experience in taking a contract out with Telkom.
I ordered a Iphone 13 promax 256 and then the agent offered me a extra special deal which was a router with 40gb data day and night. I have received the router but not the Iphone, how amazing is that, when I called to ask about the Iphone, Telkom does not have an idea what I'm talking about, but this happened on the same call as the router.
