Telkom contract

Pathetic service received from Telkom and I am waiting for a refund since November for money that was debited from my account incorrectly. The call center does not respond and even when asked to contact a client by the manager the staff do not adhere. My account was debited twice with the incorrect amount as the problem was never resolved even though I have tried numerous times to get this sorted.<br> <br> I want a director to contact me ASAP the service you shout out about on your adverts is misleading,as I am not receiving any!<br> <br> VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED CLIENT!!!
