Telkom contract

Telkom sold me data telephonic and I canceled it within the grace time which was in that 10 days but I canceled it after 4 days of activation they told me that they have canceled it and they not gonna charge me for it than after 4 months they come and say I owe them because I didn't cancel the contract but when I ask them for call recording they say they don't have data information when I ask for detailed data usage they can't provide either and they have put me to the lawyers now
