Telkom Contract

This is one of the worst companies I've ever used. I have a contract with Telkom for home "10Mps LTE wireless unlimited all hours" Recently I reported faults on days and days we don't have a connection at home and I will immediately report the faults and it will be fixed not immediately. I remember the other time I couldn't even do my work reports because of this but what confuses me is if we are having a fault and we don't have a connection they don't count the days when I didn't have a connection on their bill because the contract is saying All hours but immediately when they don't get their money on the debit order even if you pay by EFT you are charged R200 they will say it's on the contract forgetting the faults they have and you didn't have a connection at home for days.
