Telkom Contract 10GB data for three months not delivered at all!

I app**** for two cellphone contracts on 25 August with Telkom Mall of Africa. Both cellphone deals were supposed to come with 10 GB data for the first three months however one of the cellphones did not and has not received any of that 10 GB data promised. I have called their call center 5 times since 25 August to report this. The first time they said it would take 9 working days. I waited over 15 working days to call them. Whenever I have called them thereafter they say 24-48 hours the data will be loaded.

I do not understand why it should take close to two months to load data. I am not impressed with their service, their call center service has even worse service. As a paying customer I believe they should deliver on what they promised and in time. I should not have to wait this long for data to be loaded to a number. it is like buying airtime - should be done immediately.
