Telkom continues to take money even when the cellphone contracts have ended and saying it for airtime and data.

My contracted for my cellphone has ended and Telkom is still charging me the same amount as if I'm still paying for the phone. Their excuse is that they don't end the agreement, but I initially agreed on a 24 month payment with them for the cellphone, so they basically *****ing money from my account and saying I'm paying for the minutes and little data they give me.
