Telkom continues to ***** your money well after your contract has lapsed (5months later and they are still taking my debit orders off)

Hi there,

I will warn all of you now reading this. Telkom firstly forces you into a contract and tell you to be there for 2 years. That is fine. The issue is that the contact does not expire after two months, Telkom finds it reasonable to continue to take debtit orders off, well after the contract has ended.

I have sent in a cancellation form and everything, but still debit orders come off currently the the bill is sitting at R1200...for a service i no longer use.

This is truly an abuse of the consumers act, and i will not hesitate to take further action.
