Telkom continues to ***** from their customers and nobody does anything - do not complain here, you will never hear from them again - lodge a complaint at ICASA and Dti!!!

Disgustingly pathetic - the person (Rafeeqa) on this site just sends you a ref number to make it look like the business responded to your complaint - nothing ever happens after that - my reference is not even registered anywhere within Telkom and she does not answer any of my follow up correspondence.

The *****ing/*****/incompetence/uselessness and blatant or deliberate lack of customer service continues for the thousands of people using our national Telecoms - take the effort and lodge your complaints on social media, ICASA and Department of trade and industry and demand an end to this or at least an investigation please!
