Telkom continues to disappoint

I cancelled a data simcard with Telkom almost 2 years ago as I was told this was a pay as you go and not a contract. I received notice it was overdue and when I queried was told it was a contract. I immediately cancelled the device as it was only a backup for when my wifi was off. Now two years later it has appeared on my ITC along with an account from 4 years ago that was paid in full. I previously had a cellphone with them that was also an issue along with a home line that was crossed with another line. I will never use Telkom again as after the last two incidents I paid and sorted the issues now more issues are arrising.
