TELKOM CONTINUES TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT

Telkom has terrible business practice and service delivery where their clients are concerned. They do not even bother to respond to customer complaints and they will continue to debit your account EVEN WHEN THE CONTRACT HAS MATURED AND YOU HAVE FOLLOWED CORRECT CONTRACT CANCELLATION PROCEDURES!!!

I will NEVER use or RECOMMEND TELKOM as a service provider. Nothing but headaches and empty promises from consultants and managers alike!!!
