Telkom continues to bill me after cancellation

On the 4th of November I sent my cancellation notice to Telkom for all my service. They continued to bill me on the 27th of November, after a phone call to them they assured me it was only because I need to give a month's notice.<br> <br> So I waited and again I was billed on 29 Dec, 27 Jan, 27 Feb. I have repeatedly sent through the same cancellation notice and each time I get a automated response. This is ridiculous!!! <br> <br> I live in the USA now and have to make calls the the telkom service center which takes 30+ to be answered. Each time I just get told that I need to send my cancellation notice to the specific email address.
