TELKOM continues to be DELINQUENT

Despite of all my efforts to have a technician to come and resolve my landline issue the two people (the manager and his technician) from OPENSERVE a subcontractor appointed to carry-out all the relevant scope of works i.e. new lines, existing lines, etc. on behalf of TELKOM, I am still without any VOICE SERVICE and ADSL SERVICE for my home use.

OPENSERVE personnel are refusing to attend to my issue and that clearly demonstrates a ‘BRIDGE OF CONTRACT’ between me (i.e. the customer) and TELKOM but most horrifically between TELKOM and OPENSERVE, without any reaction from TELKOM.

It seems that the only avenue to resolve the issue is the legal route in order this ********* behaviour of OPENSERVE and also the negligence from TELKOM to intervene and protect the continuing humiliation of their reputation as a company is been addressed according to the consumer protection.

I am astonished of the lack of response from TELKOM to act and defend their name. It seems that they have the same negligent attitude as their subcontractor OPENSERVE , that they have appointed to take care of their business and also demonstrates absence of ethical and professional outlook and that the only OBJECTIVE is to see how they can EXPLOIT their customers. Senior management of TELKOM should be ashamed to see these events occurring in front of their eyes and have no empathy to salvage this ‘sinking boat’ called TELKOM.

If there is any sense of professional etiquette left with TELKOM and they have a small sense of responsibility, left with them is still time to act and either REPRIMAND OPENSERVE for failing to meet their contractual obligations or DISMISS OPENSERVE without any further delay.
