Telkom continues it terrible service

I ordered a new Telkom Adsl Line the 26th March, with the promise that it will take 3 days for the initial delivery (modem) then 5 days for installation. Its been 4 days now with nothing, so I called the call centre to find out that my order isn't even on their system!! how the hectic does this happen.

Telkom keeping up its name as one of the worst internet providers.
