Telkom continues debiting money even after 24 months contract expired

Took a router with Telkom on a 24 months contract. @4 months passed and they are still debiting my account. apparently on a month to month basis. Ive been trying to cancel this month to month contract with no success. Im so annoyed right now because im not even using the router i have Wifi. Will never Reccomend Telkom to anyone
