Telkom continue with unauthorised debits against my account

Telkom continue to charge me for Event Billing Usage that I did not subscribe to, last month I called them and they assured me all had been cancelled, once again a receive an account with R360 deduction for Event Billing Usage.It amazes me they take no responsibility and supposedly have no control over what gets debited. It time to cancel all Telkom contracts.
