Telkom Contact Service - Bad Service

Very disappointed with Telkom Service. Called for assistance and could not get through for more than 30 minutes.

Eventually when I got hold of someone, person was very unhelpful and could not assist me or redirect my call to the correct department.

The consultant didn't want to transfer my call to a Manager either.
