Telkom Contact schamers

Telkom is over charging uson our c9ntrats and when we call to fix the matter, they lie and say they will log a case and never get back to us.

The excuse is that we have subscribed to things we don't even know..I have been waiting since Wednesday for them to send me the case & nothing was sent.. I am not happy with their service..I have a wifi for R450, flexi on net6 deal for R1106 but my next been is charged at R1955..I can even attach the screen short of the bill..
