Telkom contact non-existent

I have been trying unsuccessfully since August 2020 to take up the Telkom offer of uncapped DSL for R399 p.m, through their advertised channels: 10213 - the line just rings and rings; ***. , no action. All of which leads me to the conclusion that either the advertising is dishonest, and/or that the contact points are manned by robots or aliens from outer space.
