<p>I have heard nothing from this pathetuc excuse for a business in 2 weeks. Evertime the people at my local branch check on the system it shows that my case is being attended. Then its first 24 to 48 hours. Now they say 48 to 72. Whats going. A simple cellphone upgrade turned into a nightmare. I am disgusted in the service i have gotten. Fellow colleagues walk in and get their upgrade at the same time. Telkom didnt take a debit order off and now i must suffer for it. Incompetant people. If i domt get my upgrade before friday afteenoon i am cancelling and moving over to another network</p>

Its now monday the 12th of june and ive been trying since the 26th of last month to sort this out
I still have not recieved any sort of feedback or notification to say my phone is ready to be collected. Im sure you can understand my frustration with this.
Im getting into trouble with my work now because the phone im using needs to be given to an understudy. Amd ive waited now 3 weeks for a simple upgrade
