Telkom Contact Centre - Useless

I just called Telkom's customer care line, waited 13 minutes and the representative I spoke to Thuthuka was most rude, speaking to other colleagues whilst on the phone with me, not listening to why I called didn't bother to introduce himself until I asked at the end of the call and wasn't listening to a thing I called about and wasted my time about when trying to listen to someone else. Telkom's service is most appalling and their staff are most disrespectful. Please do something about it, it doesn't take much to have telephone etiquette.
