Telkom Contact

It is so hard to get help from telkom, I sent a request to cancel my contract, no one ever calls you, I try to contact them on 081180 still no contact with an actual person, try chatting on their Chat to Agent, nothing happens on their site. I received a sms I dont even understand, please help someone:
