Telkom consumer care impossible to reach

I uploaded 5gb the morning at about 10 and by 4 it is all gone. There is no way to reach Telkom. I phone 180, but just get self service answers. The What'sapp is even worse. I which the big companies can be hold accountable. We already living in difficult times just to get robed by companies like Telkom
