Telkom consultants not trained

Telkom consultant phoned me and was reading things off like a parrot - on asking the consultant several times to talk slower and clearer he put the phone down in my ear.

This is extremely rude behavior. Even my colleagues at the office were shocked at how many times I had to ask the consultant to speak clearer
