Telkom consultants Lie to push sales on Oppo

A consultant named Xholiswa **** to us about the memory capacity of an Oppo Reno 5 just to make a sale, my husband and I went in to get me a new phone because my current P30 had reached its memory capacity(128g), we looked at the S21 and Xholiswa showed us the Oppo and all its features , I told her I needed something dual sim and with more memory than I currently have. She told us that the Reno had 128g but it could have 2 profies and each profile had its own 128g. Yesterday I went in to thank her and tell her how much I was enjoying the phone and that I had since bought 2 Oppos for my boys and introduce it to others, I just needed her to show me how to access this other 128g memory on the 2nd profile because the 128g is now full and I'm back to square one! She said she was sorry I might have misunderstood her she was talking about "expandable ram" so now it's a case of he said she said!! I asked to speak to the manager Perth but he refused to come out of this office to speak to me. It's so ********* to lie to someone just to push a sale and then have the Manager PROTECT his staff he didn't even so much as ask for my name and number to call me back. Xholiswa just said and I quote : ”The manager said his busy u can talk to a consultant" she handed me a number to wait in the Q and walked away.
