Telkom consultant's attitude

I called in this morning to enquire about when my contract is due for renewal and woooow, the attitude of Nontobeko Fakude was really zero to me. First when you call, the auto machine says you are due for renewal then the so called consultant tells you otherwise 🙄. I then asked for her to check when I opened this contract a d she asked me don't I have that information, so Telkom doesn't remind its forgetful clients of such information. I am so disgusted.
