Telkom consultants at worst

I app**** for a cellphone contract from telkom in the lower level of Ballito Junction Mall ( next to checkers). This was on 01 March 2021. The signing and concluding of the contract was completed at around 18:15. Today I went to tye store to collect the cellphone but was told by the consultant that loadshedding in Ballito would be 2-and-a-half hours. I did inform all the consultants that i was unable to come again soon. They only did this because they didn't want to serve me after 6pm. Yet when signing the contract we went well past 6pm. I waited in the mall and the electricity was back at 6.05pm. I have a home landline, adsl, mobile router and cellphone contract all with Telkom. What kind of customer service is this?
