TELKOM CONSULTANTS ARE REALLY CLUELESS

<p>I have been trying to get a new account for our business and with every call I make they give me different information. Today I went into the branch and the consultant didn't even understand or know the type of account I needed and she had all the wrong info.</p> <p> </p> <p>It's very frustrating as this is time consuming and not finding someone knowledgeable and helpful makes things worse. I now to get another different telecom solution for our business as Telkom is failing todeliver.</p>
