Telkom Consultant Nontobeko "Mbhonambi" RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL.

My name is Innocent Matwebu I have received a horrific service ever from Telkom consultant, Nontobeko "Mbhonambi" she has no customer service etiquette SHE is rude,disrespectful and did not want to listen to anything I had to say pertaining my complaint. She refused to give the reference number for the call and she did not want to transfer me to her manager or supervisor.
