Telkom consultant misrepresented their products and prizing to me!

Telkom sales people visited our workplace marketing their special big deal which comes with 40gb data for day and 40gb night at R269 per month for 24 months. I signed for the deal and little did I know that I was misled. When I started receiving my data, I realized that I was only getting 10gigs instead of 40 gigs. I reported this to Telkom and no one was interested in helping me. I completed a cancellation form in November 2017 and submitted to Telkom. I received one phone call from their retention department and I was told to wait for 21 days for the cancellation to be effected. 4 month down the line, I am still waiting and Telkom is deducting R407 from my account for something I no longer want because I was misled to believe that I will be getting more for less, but now I am paying more for less!!! I am disappointed in Telkom and I don't want to be their client anymore!
